Rules & Regulations

1) Attendance:
a. Guardians should ensure that their ward does not remain absent except under unavoidable circumstances, as it badly hampers the progress of the pupil.
b. The student should be in the school premises 10 minutes before the school starts.
c. Guardians should send a leave note for the absence of the ward.
d. A student suffering from an infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the school. Irregular attendance and habitual absence will call for dismissal from the school.
f. Absence on the school re-opening day is not allowed.

2) Rules of Discipline:
a. School hours are specified by the school authorities from time to time.
b. Students must occupy their seats in the class at least five minutes before the warning bell.
c. Students are strictly prohibited from leaving the school premises during school hours without permission.

3) General Conduct:
a. Students should be polite and courteous in their behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
b. Littering in the school premises is strictly prohibited. Students must use dustbins to dispose of waste.
c. Damage to school property will lead to disciplinary action, and the student may be required to bear the repair costs.
d. Students should maintain personal hygiene and wear neat and clean uniforms as prescribed by the school.

4) Academics:
a. Students must complete their homework and assignments on time.
b. Any form of cheating during examinations will result in strict disciplinary action.
c. Students must participate actively in class activities and maintain a learning attitude.

5) Examination Rules:
a. Every student must appear for all scheduled examinations and tests.
b. No student shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of the examination time.
c. Strict action will be taken against students found using unfair means during examinations.
d. Students should carry their required stationery items as borrowing will not be allowed during examinations.
e. Absence from examinations will not be condoned except on medical grounds with a valid medical certificate.

6) General Rules:
a. Students must always wear their school ID cards while in the school premises.
b. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within school premises. If found, it will be confiscated.
c. Students should respect and follow the instructions given by teachers and staff.
d. Running and shouting inside the school building is strictly forbidden.
e. Any damage caused to school property must be reported immediately, and the cost of repairs may be charged to the student responsible.
f. Students should avoid bringing valuable items to school. The school is not responsible for any lost items.

7) Use of School Facilities:
a. Library books must be returned on or before the due date to avoid penalties.
b. Students must take proper care of school equipment and facilities.
c. Unauthorized use of school property is strictly prohibited.

8) Parent-Teacher Interaction:
a. Guardians should attend scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings to discuss the progress of their ward.
b. Any concerns regarding academics or discipline should be discussed with the school authorities through proper channels.

9) Transportation:
a. Students availing school transport must adhere to the transport rules.
b. Misbehavior on the school bus will result in suspension from availing transport services.
